Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how GW VPN (referred to as 'we' or 'the Service') collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you access our network access and acceleration services through the mobile application (the 'App'). We aim to keep data handling limited, transparent, and tied to practical service needs.

When you download, install, or launch the App, we may automatically collect operational data such as your IP address, device model, operating system version, in-app navigation paths, and session timing. We may also use approximate location data to recommend routes, diagnose regional faults, and improve performance. If you provide an email address or username, we may use it for account notices, security alerts, or service updates.

We work with necessary third-party providers such as Google Play Services or Firebase for crash reporting, analytics, and basic operational support. We do not sell or casually share your personal information. Disclosure may occur only where required by law, necessary to protect users or the Service, or needed for vetted providers operating under confidentiality obligations. If you want to stop new data collection, you may uninstall the App through your device's standard removal process.

User-submitted information may be retained for the active service period and a reasonable follow-up period for account, billing, security, and compliance purposes. To request account deletion or profile removal, contact [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such data has been collected in error, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy as regulations, products, or operations change. Continued use of the Service after an update is generally treated as acceptance of the revised terms. This policy is effective as of October 4, 2025. Questions or suggestions can be sent to [email protected].
